Macaron Masterclasses at Patisse

What’s round, crispy on the outside, chewy in the middle and oh so cute it’s almost a shame to pop them in your mouth. Almost.

Macarons of course and if you haven’t fatigued of macaron fever yet then this class is for you.

Patisse at pyd. in Waterloo is bringing a little touch of Paris to Sydney with its Macaron Masterclasses on Tuesday 26 October and Tuesday 16 November, 2010 from 6 – 10pm.

Learn the art of baking the perfect shells for these bite size morsels and how to whip up delicious fillings such as rose flavoured butter cream and white chocolate ganache.

You’ll be constructing the perfect macaron tower in no time. Next stop – Masterchef.
